We were supposed to leave the double bond and replace the OH with Cl. I didn't do that though T_T Made it a halogenoalkane with an OH.

I wrote that there is a difference in electronegativity. So they bond is stronger, and more energy is needed to break the bond.

I wrote the same thing. The greater the difference in electronegativity, the stronger the bond, so more energy is needed to break the bond
