CIE Exam Registration Website down?

www.cie.exams.britishcouncil.org works but when you select your country and click continue, it does not seem to load.
For example: www.cie.exams.britishcouncil.org/pakistan does not work.
Do you have the same problem?
Every country when chosen does not work except for Qatar. (the last time I checked)
P.S.:- I'am from SL.

Same problem. But why don't you try to go to one of the educational centres in your country and get the form? Is it possible?
