I guess the computer code is 7010 not 0420 !!

^^ Yes you r rite, but 0420 is the code for IGCSE Computer Studies, and the O Level and IGCSE Computer studies papers are the same for every year. You can check yourself to eliminate doubt.

Is it only for Computer Studies that the IGCSE and GCSE papers are same for every year?

Not only for Computer Studies, there might be others, but there are many whose papers are different.
