Cummulative Frequency Graphs

Salam. I have this small question. Can we, when drawing or sketching a cummulative frequency curve, draw straight lines, from POINT TO POINT?. Or do we have to make a proper free hand curve? That all. Thanks.

Wasalam! If you are told to sketch a cumulative frequency curve, I'm afraid it needs to be a curve!
