English Language notes and tips needed!

Could someone give me some advice on how to ace the language exam, especially the summary portion? A handful of people on xpc claimed that we could write points well above 15 in number, but my language seems to have a contradictory view. She told us to write dead on 15 points as the cie examiners well ignore the points which exceed the points limit, so yeah. ANY tip on summary writing would be greatly appreciated right now! I seriously hit rock bottom when it comes to extracting the points, and even condensing them within the word limit
