Well there are two types of letters.
Formal letter.
1.Senders address
leave a line
2.Date
leave a line
3.Receivers address
leave a line
4.Subject as the topic is/
then start the letter dear whatever is appropriate.
5.The body of letter.
6.thanks or whatever is probable.
7.sig after leaving a line
8.And then ur name.
Informal letter.
1.Senders address
lv a line
2.date
3.Dear/friend whatever
4.body of letter.
5.thanks or anything
lv a line
6.signature
7.name.
Speech.
1.Good morning or welcome everyone as the title is choose the opening.
2.write the speech.choose the words carefully depending on the audience.
3.and then thanks in the end.
Account or Report have the same format.
1.To;
2.From:
3.Date
4.Subject.
5.Write the report or account
6.then leave a line and sign.
Reports for magzines and newspapers are called ARTICLES.
Format of an article.
1.Topic underlined,u have to make it ur self suiting the story behind writing it
2.The article shud contain details of events briefly read newspaper ull get the idea.
Nothing else
In each of these if possible write the word limit in the end
Have any problems please feel free to ask.

btw arn't account and reports different things? i think that there was no format of accounts, you just go ahead and start em..
and in reports we have to give Sub-headings before a paragraph rite?

Wow u also a LFC fan me too yup yesterdays performance was sublime it was awesome,loved it to see LFC back in its stride WOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
By the way no I had this same formality but for the sake ill confirm it with someone and tell u abt the account although i pretty much think its same as report and i checked in the syllabus theres nothing written abt an account but i pretty much remember that I did it the same way as report in my school test as our teacher said.
By the way no sub headings in reports nothing at all as u know ull be given oints ull have to cover each point if u like make a new para but dont write sub headings just think they are prohibited u dont use them anywhere.Get the syllabus also if u havent im pretty sure u have done so gud luck any more probs do ask.

Yeah thanks that was the only thing i was unconfirmed abt by the way u don't need to write the report straight away u always write like i said because i dont think this is in O Levels this type of format and they never give u reports straight away they always give u reports to write to a person like a police officer or shopkeeper or sales man like this.

its what i wrote i am sure it is that,cud u do a favour look in MS or ill look tomorrow and see what the MS and ER say abt it that will confirm it im sure.

See man read the Q of article on part two in the attachment and see its just like a report all questions of account are like very similar to report.So u can evaluate that they are same
