Depends where you are applying. Some universities offer you to gve urdu just to get in. Szabist, Bahria, KU does. Also, help me with Urdu lol

Can we underline important things and fold pages of the text only book?
The official letter does not mention any such restrictions but my urdu teacher told me not to ;-;
