Frnd, how to calculate uncertainty in a formula.
Was working [Physics june 09 P2] and i got stuck on questn num 2 B :( :(

Suppose you got 3 readings A, B & C.
To get the uncertainty, find their average & the range (the difference between the smallest & the biggest reading).
Then, substitute these into the formula:
(Difference/Avg value) x 100
This is your percentage uncertainty.
Follow the same procedure for the rule.
Take different readings, find avg & get the % uncertainty value.
