from where can i get the grade thresholds for jun and nov 09

ive searched a lot for the grade boundaries of o levels ...but i couldnt find anything...on the cie webite they have states that the grade boundaries are available on the teachers website but i cannot access it...so can anyone please share with me the grade boundaries for o levels exams jun and november 09
