'Goodbye' Poems Needed urgently plz!

I'd like to sing a poem or perhaps let my sis sing record it and post it on facebook so I need some REALLY GOOD and meaningful Poems that say 'Goodbye' in a friendship kind of way. I love my friends and I really want them to know how I feel about them and the times we spent together

It should be in English plz
