Grade thresholds??

this is for CIE IGCSE if you go to the gt of the papers it says to get an A* for like bio its 137/200 thats only 69% are the grade boundaries actually that low?? does anyone know what the grade boundaries for biology and physics were for last year??

yeah depends on how the students did that year (mostly it is low , i hope this year to)

and also to calculate the grade you do the percentage for example

bio paper 1 is 20%

paper 3 is 50%

paper 6 is 30%

for example you got 35,60,35 (respectively)

you do 35/40*20 + 60/80*50 + 35/40*30 ... you will get ANS

to make it out of 200 multiply by 2

isnt the bio p1 30% and the paper 5 or paper 6 20%?
