I'm giving my 2 papers from Core.

Physics and Chemistry...


CORE is totally changed or just the THEORY part?

Do I have to prepare the MCQs and ATP from Extended syllabus?

I assume you are talking about the IGCSEs.
Yes. Core syllabus is for Paper 2 and Extended syllabus is for Paper 3. Paper 6 (ATP) and Paper 1 (MCQs) are same for both the syllabi.
