Help ! ECF in S1?

Probability is main area of concern. Like in June 2010/61 of 9709. Part 2 asked for first 2 correctly answered question probability. I got 2 things wrong in it. Means got 4/6 in that part. Next question was related to previous answer, there's no ecf mentioned in the MS but do i get an ECF here? This is main issue in S1. Comment upon it.
