can anyone plz explain how to draw the diagram for q7 part iv of nov09/31??

IzI<Iz-2I is perpendicular bisector of points z(0,0) and (2,0) which happens to be the vertical line through (1,0)
0<arg(z-u)<45degree is angle of 45 from point u(-2,1)
all the lines will be dotted as no sign contains the sign of equality
