HELP! Name Registered for A and O Levels Different.

I have realised that the name I used to register for O-Levels is different than A-Levels. The one for O-Levels has no "bin" and the one in A-Levels has a "bin". As some of you may know bin means "son of" and if I have registered two different names, is it possible to change the name of the O-Levels so it matches the A-Level one and my ID card which also has a "bin". If they are different, will I not be able to join any universities in the UK or overseas, and will I experience any difficulties?

Please I really need some help on the matter as all the work from my O-Levels may have been a waste. Thank you for reading this and for your time.

Email the british council, they will instruct you what to do. They'll mostly take a fee and replace the certificates. Insha Allah everything will be fine..

British Council will update your certificates for a fee

British Council will not issue another certificate for name change even when after it is lost (written at the back of the certificate). Sorry Daytonbob but this will create serious problems in the future if the your Candidate name do not match with your passport name.

since d AL certificate(or even d results sheet ) has not been issued yet why dont u request BC 2 change d name on dat( I mean you sure can get another passport or even another ID with the name you want . but these may all be time consuming)
