Help Needed ASAP!

I have received my A level result but now I am stuck regarding what career to pursue. I couldn't make to IBA for BBA program. I wanted to go for Marketing though not sure about career opportunities for girls in Pakistan. So now I am left with an option to go for CA. But I am advised not to go for it since it takes a lot of years and one go is a rare case. As a last option I am suggested ACCA and then ICAEW. I want to know the details regarding it how long does it take and job market. And one more thing ACCA exams can be taken from anywhere in the world unlike CA so i guess it's a plus point as I might shift to other country in a year or two.
And last thing can we go for mba after acca? Can it be in any field?
