Well I think the ans is evaporation as the particles with high energy leave the surface and no heat is provided

Well technically I don't know why but as u say the ans is freezing as in freezing the particles will be coming closer and so they would be loosing energy and so no energy is provided

Al + α = P + n
27 + 4 = 30 + 1
13 + 2 = 15 + 0
Thats why the answer is D. I thought it was β at first, not going to lie.
