Continue with a level. You can improve your grades to A if you work hard in A2. If you are not sure about that then repeat.

Don't be scared dude. Its not as if someone is pointing a gun at you. Just remain calm and everything will be just fine.

reappear, because even if u work hard for A2 u will not get A*s maybe As so its safer to reappear maybe even take as and a2 together may june next year. i took both together for all the 3 subjects

at least u got straight grades. Be it A's B's or C's. but getting straight grades is an achievement. But i would suggest reappearing and prepare with more focused approach, remain positive and put ur heart into these 3 subjects!!!
