How do they calculate grades using grade thresholds ?:/

So, now that most papers are done for science students (bio 1 and phy 1 are left ).
Someone tell me how they incorporate the gt into calculating grades..
I know the weightings are 31 % got p1
46% for p2
23 percemt for p3.

but, how do they apply GT to the scores?
