How is HKU ( University of Hong Kong) and HKUST ( Hong Kong University of science and technology) ?

How are these above universities for undergraduation? Do they offer scholarships? If anyone has got an admission in these, do tell me...What is the criteria for scholarships if any one has got? Btw Iam an A levels student in Pakistan..

They both are good universities. A friend of mine got into one of them dont remember which. Also got offer of scholarship a huge amount in Hong kong dollar Only if he got the grades told in A levels.
