After tommorow I am having an Ict practical exam, and I need the microsoft office frontpage (according to my information that it is available only in 2003 form) so please if any one is having the link or the software please share it

There is actually a legal way, because they made a free online evaluation of it here: http://download.cnet.com/Microsoft-FrontPage-2003-SP3/3000-10248_4-15268.html Click "download". It will take you to another site. It runs from your browser, so no actual download of software is needed.

However, you cannot open your own files on it, but you can look around to see how the menus are, etc.
