Is it okay to draw graphs and diagrams in PENCIL for edexcel papers?!

So I went ahead and drew all my graphs and diagrams so far in PENCIL which freaking WORRIES me because I just read that you're not supposed to use them at all!??! I've obviously answered my normal questions in pen, it's just the grpahs and stuff D:

Everyone I know does them in pencil and thats what our teachers taught us as well. :/

it doesnt matter pen or pencil i asked an british council supervisor once
