Is SAT 2 needed? If needed then when to give?

Hello Brother and Sisters! Currently I am giving AS level exams for 3 subjects in MayJune 2015 session. I plan to start preparing for Sat 1 immidiately after my exams. Then sit for SAT 1 on October. Beacause SAT1 is required by US universities where I wish to apply. I target to get a good SAT1 score of 2000. Now I am a bit confused about sitting for SAT2 test. Is it required for admission in US universities. Also I dont think I can.manage to give SAT2 tests before A2 level finishes, because of A2 studies, SAT1, Ielts and also I am giving one subject of AS level in OCTNOV session. Then when should I give SAT2 tests?
