I have heard there was a problem at one of the centres (Lahore, Pakistan ) where one question paper was missing and the images of the paper have leaked online yesterday?

Yes.
However this doesn't means there will be a retake or anything.
There are rumors every year.The paper was 'apparently' leaked at night so shouldn't make a difference.

Actually it does matter because there is a time zone difference. Just because it was night here does not mean that there wasnt a paper happening at that time somewhere else in the world.

So doesn't matter.
I think only a few other countries give variant 12 so I don't think it should matter.
