Download FREE MCQ Analysis tool which incorporates both classical test theory and modern test theory to analyse your students' responses. This enables you to understand the areas and items where students did badly. Individual student reports and reliability calculations are provided for the test. I made the spread sheet myself to give a tool for normal classroom teachers (but includes all required measures for professional analysis). Entering data and analysis is very easy.
