In the above paper in Section A Q.5 a (ii) i get half the answer given in the marking scheme. I tried many things but everytime get wrong answer. Can someone plz explain. AND in Q.5b why isnt the volume also halved?

Decrease the concentration to half and let the volume be same, so that reaction rate decreases and also number of moles of product becomes half. =)
