NEED HELP IN PHYSICS P6 MEASUREMENTS!!

HI every one !!
i have done lastest past paper may june 2013 p6 but in the very first question part a i measured the lenght which i got lenght H : 9.1cm which is wrong i checked from mark scheme it is 9.7cm... can anyone explain why is this error occuring ???

Because you prnit it there is scaling on the printer when prinintg turn he sclaing option off so it iwll print it fully just liek the real papper
