I had registered for an urgent passport but i would get it by 10 sep.My school is offering me alevels if i registered for pakistan studies privately, could i register without a passport by giving them the token number that the passport office had given me ? could i register that way ? i don't want to spend 16300 on just a single subject! i want your opinions to what to do next, is there anyway i can register or should i do alevels privately or what ?(i'm in engineering group)
