the paper generally was very easy, it was all about knowledge
but many students had problem in attempting the last question (5) related to population and partly climate
for removing doubts please give the suggested answers for the:
part A, ii) climatic conditions and rainfall in desert areas such as nokkundi being effected to agriculture and industrial development
part C, i) change in population structure from 2006 to 2026
part C, ii) advantages and disadvantages to the working population for the change in this population struture, in present and future.

yeah the paper was not difficult as it was expected......and i did not attempted last question 5...i did Q 1,2 and 4.

A. mainly you have to write that the months in which there was no rainfall people have to work in indoor activities and small scale industries.!

Q.C, i) change in population structure from 2006 to 2026
A. basically you have to say that there is high birth rate and low death rate hence population is increased till 2026


C, ii) advantages and disadvantages to the working population for the change in this population struture, in present and future.
A.disadvantages
1. unemployment
2. migration to other states and cities
3. load on industries

advantages
1. more skilled labour for industries
2.more development by government to fulfill the needs of growing population
3.more foreign exchange

Q 5. PART A ii) You had to write this :
AGRICULTURE :
can't be done without irrigation
mostly plant fruits
livestock farming in a nomadic style.
INDUSTRY :
growth will be slow bcux of
less transport fascility,
less urbanisation thus less labour n market
and hard working conditions

And how the pyramid will change it's shape.. you have completely done it wrong
it was :
Over 60 bar will decrease
Middle aged people will increase
Youth will decrease
dependants of below 14 will also decrease.

excuse me, this all is mentioned in STAGE 4 of demographic transition model

Low birth rate, low death rate, steady population, low natural increase, slow growth
if we elaborate it, its all what u just said

this Question was totally open ended .!
this question is of future no one knows what's gonna happen in future.!
all you have to do was to predicts and gave explanation why did you predict so .!
there's no book on earth which can tell future .! :lol:
