O-level Urdu 3248

Guys Urdu is just not the subject for me, i genuinely do not understand why i am unable to improve, i got 20/10 on a recent test and Urdu keeps dropping my percentages: the only subject on which i have not secured an A grade.
I need good advise so i can start securing good marks and i will be giving my O-level Urdu next year!
