my g was 987. and % error was 3.85.
btw hall probe is in syllabus, and its an instrument that varies its output voltage according to the change in magnetic field strength it detects.

n yeah,we r supposed to giv answers in S.I. units.da actual value ix 9.87 metre per second square.,although it may vary a little bit.
