Is it necessary to give pakistan studies exam ? as its useless after olevels, alevels and universities have more compulsory subjects!

In Pakistan, it is a compulsory subject.

The problem is my date of birth on the p.s certificate is different from the renaming other subjects .. Is there something that i could do about it or do i have to re-take the examination ?
