WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT EXPERIMENTS I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT

I KNOW THAT THE ONE OF HOW TO COUNT THE NO OF STOMATA IN ONE SURFACE OF THE LEAF IS IMPORTANT PLZ POST THE EXPERIMENT ND IF U CAN POST A BRIEF ANSWER FOR THE EXPERIMENT

experiments on tropism, osmosis, diffusion, active transport, food tests...sry cant post full description hav exam in less than 10 hrs....goin n sleep...good luck!
