Hello pls I have simple question that has been confusing me for a while about PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY. In marking scheme the answer is sometimes rounded off to one dp or two sig figures, we were always told to round off to three sig figures..now which sig fig/dp should I round off??

This is always depends on the questions. I think you should know the sig/dp's meaning, always, the question will tell you that you should use which one of them. However, if the question say nothing about that, first check why your answer have decimal place, if you can make sure your answer is correct, then we always use 3 decimal place, you don't need to care about dp
