The Pittsburgh Steelers picked out Indiana limited conclude Riley Nowakowski inside the 5th spherical of the 2026 NFL Draft. Our personnel weighs inside with their inquiries upon the pick Bickley: Listed here's your TE3Facebook for Mike McCarthy. Nowakowski possibly would've been a 'my gentleman' within this draft program if I experienced been in a position toward look at him far more. He's an very higheffort function blocker with strong mobility who should really be capable in the direction of track down a function upon offense specifically absent. Nowakowski is a little bit undersized for a restricted stop and his tests is simply Okay, still as a fullback I including the decide on. We can quibble a little bit with getting a returner and fullback with the personnel's hottest 2 selections Lance Mason Jersey, nonetheless inside of the 5th spherical on your own can't whinge over Wonderful soccer avid gamers. Quality: B+Mike Nicastro: Nowakowski is a suitable alternative for Connor Heyward due to the fact of his overall flexibility. He'll enjoy restricted finish, fullback, and can add upon exceptional groups. He performed a pivotal function upon Indiana's Nationwide Championship operate the person particularly feels which includes a champion. Whilst it even now feels together with a select centered a lot more upon have to have opposed in direction of charge, I including this one particular substantially greater than Wetjen. Quality: B+Alex Hanczar: Pittsburgh provides nonetheless one more substantial university participant within just the style of 2026 Nationwide Winner Riley Nowakowski. The departures of Jonnu Smith and Connor Heyward led numerous in direction of feel the Steelers would incorporate element at the level and in this article it is. Apart towards entirely taking part in TE https://www.pittsburghfansapparel.com/collections/merril-hoge-jersey, Nowakowksi will going fill the Heyward part at the Facebook posture. At 6foottwo 250 excess weight, I would not be stunned toward check out the previous Hoosier lineup below centre for the tush force' for the black and gold. Quality: BJoey Bray: Welcome again Connor Heyward. Within just all seriousness, Riley Nowakowski is an attention-grabbing select for the Steelers. They expected toward just take an additional restricted stop, yet Nowakowski is much more of a fullback style. He performed a stopping part for Indiana final calendar year anytime he did line up a limited finish, whilst he's 32 catches remaining period ended up much more than he experienced within his past 4 collegiate seasons merged. Nowakowski isn't primarily quick or dynamic and doesn't include the measurement in the direction of be a authentic getting possibility. He is a favourable soccer participant and it generates feel that Mike McCarthy would choose a fullback, yet using a return male and fullback backtoback within just the mid rounds is an curious retain the services of of components. Quality: CRyan Parish: As severe as I was upon making use of a 4th rounder upon a kick returneronly participant https://www.pittsburghfansapparel.com/collections/kyler-baugh-jersey, I'm in direction of the moon for this conclusion. I showcased Nowakowski inside my Limited Finish draft gems listing as a suitable in shape for the John KuhnHunter Luepke Facebook purpose within Mike McCarthy's offense. Nowakowski is shorter for a limited stop nonetheless suitable for a blocker for a electricity work plan. He's too gotta respectable palms and tacklebreaking energy for down below routes that should really deliver Aaron Rodgers pleased. This was a meat and potatoes choose, and nevertheless one more indicator that the Steelers are veering into a gappower working plan. Phenomenal match. Quality: A++Jarrett Bailey: The Steelers were being usually shifting in direction of consider a limited stop, remaining that they launched Jonnu Smith and didn't deliver again Connor Heyward. Nowakowski will enjoy that Heyward position. Exclusive groups and No. 3 limited endfullback. Not superb. Not abysmal. Fantastic.
