PLEASE HELP ME REVISING PAPER 1 PHYSICS CIE

I know there's only like 4 days left to revise but it's still not late right? And.. I suck at physics any idea from physics wizards out there? where should I learn from?

This is for AQA syllabus but a lot of it applies to us.
AS Physics

First study the notes, and understand them and then try doing at least 5 sets of Past Papers and try understanding EACH and EVERY mistake that you make.

What about P1? Do we have to study both for A and As level or only As level?

Only AS Level, but a bit of A2 Knowledge won't hurt. But since P1 is so close I suggest sticking to and learning the facts on AS Level and if you are confident with it only learn A2.
