I just realized
Well the only way you can access them on 13 August is by means of the username and password you get. As you didn't collect it, and assuming you go back to Pakistan after a while, you can collect the provisional results from your center. But I am pretty sure that they get the provisional results after a while. Other than that, no way. You have to go back to Pakistan. And you never get your Username and Pass with SOE. They normally give it to you on your last exam, but if the exams finished before June, you have to get it by yourself from your center
