Quadratic equations doubt

Quadratic equations can be solved using on of these methods-
a) Factorization
b) Using the quadratic formula
c) Completing the square
My question is about the 3rd method is it included in the syllabus[I mean is it required specifically in some questions] or not?
If yes, can anyone help me in solving this question using this method---
4x² - 3x + 5 = 0

yes it is important to learn completing the square method...
just watch how i solve this equation:
4x2-3x+5=0
4x2-3x=-5
no what u have to do is to pick up the co-efficient of x, divide it by 2, square the answer and add it to the equation just like this
4x2-3x+(9/4)=-5+(9/4) (addition is going to place at both sides of the equation to balance it)
now factorise it.
(2x-3/2)2= -11/4
2x-3/2= (-11/4)1/2
so the under root of -11/4 is not possible so the equation has no real roots. U can also try solving it by using quadratic formula. the discriminant would be negative making it sure that this equation has no real roots. Hope u understand any questions ask me
