Guys is there an easy way to recall the wavelengths and frequency of the electromagnetic spectrum?

There is no need to remember the frequencies. Just remember the wavelengths. Use v=fλ to calculate frequency.
There is a difference of 2 in the power of wavelength in almost every consecutive wave. Just remember the order of wavelength.
