sat 2 or entry test?

Salam every1

i wanna ask would sat2 help me get in King Edward Medical University, Allama Iqbal Medical college or Fatimah Jinnah Medical university in lahore? would i need to give UHS entry test to get in these unis ? or is sat 2 an alternative?
