i saw someone asking about it a few days ago, don't remember who it was though. so this is the answer to a 4 mark question regarding it:
It was an attempt to overthrow the british in around 1910. Indians sent instigating letter's,full of encouragement for a rebeliion, to each other wrapped in silk drapings. The British managed to crush the scheme.
