Urdu B : has the paper pattern been changed for oct-nov 2015?? Urgent Help!!

I have to teach someone urdu B and I appeared for Urdu B O levels back in 2011, my question is has the paper pattern been changed ? if so then what is the new pattern??? Please Help

No it hasnt only the difference is that now there are lines on the paper itself instead of sheets or booklet u used to write in.
