now E is the midpoint of AC AE= q so AC= 2q

BC= BA + AB
BC= -4p + 2q!
BC= 2q-4p...

FD = kED (as they are co-linear)
BD - BC = CD
by this easily ED can be found
and then compare both the coefficients of FD and k will be found out
