I've heard that you can but I've no idea that how are you suppose to do that.But why do you want to give up right now ??Just believe in yourself that you can do it and work really really hard.By the way which texts are you studying.If I can then will try to help .

u can refund ur fee,search on cie Pakistan website for refund, u will find out how u can do it..
