Advantages:
1. A larger market can be targeted (People living anywhere can make a convenient purchase, this increases demand for the products, sales and profitability.
2.Technical information can be provided more easily over the Internet.

Disadvantages:
1. Many people still don't have access to the Internet.
2. Many still prefer not to buy from the Internet, either due to cultural problems or because they prefer a personal touch in making a purchase from the business
