Whys the ans D(one only),wudnt option 2 give a colored product as well?

No. 2 would certainly give a colored product but it won't be ORGANIC. The color change of orange to green will be due to the reduction of potassium dichromate (VI) to chromium (III) sulfate which is definitely not an organic product.
However, in option 1, the yellow precipitate is a 2,4 dinitrophenylhydrazone derivative which is organic. So no. 1 is the correct option.
