Grade thresholds for Pakistan?

hey evryone.... i've heard that Pakistani IBCC has forced CIE to stop using grade thresholds for results of pakistani students since it provided the students with an unfair advantage against matriculation and fsc students!! so now the percentage uniform mark is the same as raw percentage mark for all CIE subjects for pakistani students....
Can anybody plz confirm this or provide contradicting evidene???

Keep hearing that stuff. Not true. CIE can't abandon their grading system for one country. The only thing CIE was forced to do by IBCC was to stop printing the UPM on the grade sheets. Rest stays the same.
