firstly no im really sorry but i have no idea about CIE exams cuz i dont take them...:/ im really sorry but if u wanna find them try searching on google rather than on their real websites....it really helps....
also, i dont know about your schools but in my school the most recent papers are emailed to our librarians and computer labs or admin areas....ttry asking in your schools about them you might find them.... thanks

These are JANUARY 2012 papers. Theyre locked on edexcel cuz teachers use them for mock or preliminary examinations...
