Uncertainty problem.

can anyone tell me how to calculate the uncertainty in t^2 ? last time I did this I was in AS so i forgot :/

Calculate the fractional uncertainty, multiply the power and then multiply the 0.35 with it you will get 0.12 +/- 0.02

delta t^2/t^2= 2(delta t/t)= 2(0.01/0.35)
so delta t^2= [2(0.01/0.35)]t^2

yea sorry i forgot to multiply t^2 instead i multiplied only t to the delta t

delta t^2/t^2= 2(delta t/t)= 2(0.01/0.35)
so delta t^2= [2(0.01/0.35)]t^2
