look above your post on the right corner...about the box in which your post is...there u can see "unwatch thread" in red...
u click on that
same applies for all threads...
i hope u got what i meant...:/

if its a thread then your not actually following maybe someone has Quoted you or your watching the thread...
to unwatch the thread!!
